BedStory King Memory Foam Mattress 25cm

The BedStory King Memory Foam Mattress is designed with advanced cooling technology, including a breathable gel-infused memory foam layer that helps dissipate heat. This aims to provide a cooler sleeping surface compared to traditional memory foam mattresses, addressing concerns about overheating.

The BedStory mattress is made with CertiPUR-US certified foams, which means it's made without harmful chemicals like ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants, lead, mercury, or other heavy metals. While some initial scent is normal due to packaging, it typically dissipates quickly in a well-ventilated room.

The BedStory King Memory Foam Mattress offers a balanced medium feel. While the mattress itself is designed to provide this specific comfort level, we recommend trying it out. Many customers find this medium firmness to be ideal for a wide range of sleeping positions and preferences. Please refer to the return policy for details on trying the mattress at home.

Setting up the BedStory mattress is designed to be very easy. It arrives compressed and rolled in a box, making it convenient to transport to your bedroom. Simply unbox it, place it on your bed frame, and allow it to expand fully for 24-72 hours. It's ready for use once it reaches its full shape and height.

The 1-year warranty for the BedStory King Memory Foam Mattress covers manufacturing defects, such as excessive sagging or premature deterioration of the foam. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support with your proof of purchase. We will guide you through the claims process, which may involve inspection or photos of the issue.

Yes, the memory foam construction of the BedStory King Memory Foam Mattress is excellent at absorbing motion. This means that when one person moves, the impact is isolated to that area of the mattress, significantly reducing motion transfer. You and your partner should experience less disturbance from each other's movements throughout the night.
