The promotion is conducted by Stacks Warehouse ("Stacks Warehouse", "we", "us"), operator of the online store at stackswarehouse.com.au. Contact: support@stackswarehouse.com.au.
Eligible customers who place a qualifying order of AUD $1,100 or more in a single transaction on stackswarehouse.com.au during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) bonus Stacks Warehouse digital gift card with a value of $50 AUD (the "Bonus Gift Card").
The promotion commences on 20 August 2026 and continues while stocks of Bonus Gift Cards last, or until withdrawn by us in accordance with clause 9. We may end the promotion at any time without notice; orders placed before the promotion ends will still qualify.
To be eligible, a customer must:
(a) be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
(b) place an order of AUD $1,100 or more in a single transaction on stackswarehouse.com.au during the Promotion Period; and
(c) complete payment in full using a valid payment method in their own name.
The qualifying spend of $1,100 is calculated on the order value after any discounts and excluding shipping charges, taxes shown separately, and any purchase of gift cards. Purchases of Stacks Warehouse gift cards do not count toward the qualifying spend.
Limit of one (1) Bonus Gift Card per customer (including per email address, household, and payment method) for the duration of the promotion, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed. Splitting orders to obtain multiple Bonus Gift Cards is not permitted.
The Bonus Gift Card will be issued as a digital gift card and sent to the email address used for the qualifying order within [14] days after the qualifying order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address.
(a) The Bonus Gift Card is redeemable only at stackswarehouse.com.au.
(b) It is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, not reloadable, and not for resale. Any resale, auction, or transfer for value voids the card.
(c) The Bonus Gift Card expires [36 months] from the date of issue. Any unused balance at expiry is forfeited and is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
(d) The Bonus Gift Card is supplied free of charge as part of this promotion. Lost, stolen, or deleted Bonus Gift Cards will not be replaced, except as required by law.
(e) Standard Stacks Warehouse gift card terms apply to the Bonus Gift Card to the extent they are consistent with these terms.
(a) Fraudulent orders are excluded from this promotion. An order will not qualify, and no Bonus Gift Card will be issued, where we reasonably determine that the order: (i) is fraudulent or suspected to be fraudulent; (ii) was placed using a stolen, unauthorised, or invalid payment method; (iii) was placed using false, misleading, or third-party identity or contact details; (iv) is the subject of a payment dispute or chargeback; or (v) otherwise breaches these terms or our website terms of sale.
(b) Revocation. If a Bonus Gift Card has already been issued in respect of an order described in clause 8(a), we may revoke and cancel the Bonus Gift Card and void any remaining balance without notice. If the Bonus Gift Card has already been redeemed in whole or in part, we may recover the redeemed value from the customer, including by deducting it from any refund otherwise payable.
(c) Order cancellations and change-of-mind returns. If a qualifying order is cancelled, or is returned for change of mind such that the retained order value falls below AUD $1,100, the customer ceases to be eligible and we may cancel the Bonus Gift Card or deduct its issued value (or the redeemed portion) from any refund.
(d) Attempted abuse. We may exclude any customer from the promotion who we reasonably believe has tampered with the entry process, used automated means, split orders, created multiple accounts, or otherwise attempted to circumvent the one-per-customer limit.
(e) Nothing in this clause 8 limits any remedy a customer is entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law, including for faulty goods (see clause 10).
We reserve the right to vary these terms or to suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time, including where Bonus Gift Card stocks are exhausted or where required for reasons outside our reasonable control. Variation or withdrawal will not affect orders that have already qualified.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Returning a faulty item under a consumer guarantee will not, of itself, disqualify a customer from the promotion where the remaining qualifying spend criteria continue to be met.
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at stackswarehouse.com.au. We collect this information to conduct the promotion, deliver Bonus Gift Cards, and prevent fraud.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to clause 10, we are not liable for any loss arising from the promotion, including from delayed or failed email delivery of a Bonus Gift Card due to inaccurate contact details, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, or a customer's failure to comply with these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By placing a qualifying order during the Promotion Period, the customer agrees to these terms. If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
